Day 1

Departure from Yerevan | 08:00 

Morning Hike | 10:30 – 14:00

Scenic hike through the Vanadzor Sanctuary. We’ll stop along the way for refreshments and lunch, don’t forget to bring your lunch pack! Difficulty: Moderate| Duration: 3h (5KM) | Trail Type: Point-to-Point

Self-Reflection (Me Time) | 14:00 – 15:00
Your time to relax, reflect, and recharge in the peaceful hills around basecamp.

Recap & Horizon | 15:00 – 17:00
A group session to look back on the past month and set intentions for the next, guided by our community mentor.

Village Tour | 17:15 – 18:45
A casual walk through the nearby village for a closer connection with local life.

Dinner & Community Gathering | 19:00 – 21:00
Optional dinner at basecamp with local youth, a space to connect, share stories, and introduce our community.

Day 2

Breakfast | 08:30 – 09:00
Start the day with a protein-rich breakfast and Silk Road herbal tea.

Group Reflection and Community Activity | 09:15 – 10:45
Let's pack up our minds and soul with a group reflection in open air space.

Self-Reflection & Packing (Me Time) | 10:45 – 11:45
Take a quiet moment for yourself and pack up at your own pace.

Brunch at Café | 12:00 – 12:45
Wrap up the retreat with brunch at a cozy local café, a final moment to reflect and share.

Travel Notes

  • Please use reusable items, let's minimize plastic waste.

  • Come mentally and physically prepared for two meaningful days in a new environment.

  • Bring a small, comfortable backpack, we’re keeping it light.

  • Dinner will be at the basecamp; breakfast features the chef’s special menu.

  • Avoid alcohol for at least 10 hours before the program.

  • Temperatures range from 5°C by day to -2°C at night, pack accordingly.

  • Alcoholic drinks minimised program. minimised use of cellphone.
