LRDLF Community Hosts Annual Commemoration of the Armenian Genocide

On April 23, 2025, the LRDLF Community came together for its annual commemoration of the Armenian Genocide, a powerful evening of remembrance, reflection, and unity. The event brought together members from across the community to honor the memory of lives lost and to reinforce our shared commitment to justice and peace.

A highlight of the gathering was a moving community statement delivered by our CEO and Founder, whose words deeply resonated with those in attendance:

“Today, we gather to commemorate the Armenian Genocide, one of the many human catastrophes in history, claiming the lives of millions, if not more. We are here to acknowledge the failures of our societies throughout history and to learn from our past while paving the way toward a brighter future for all. The Armenian Genocide was not the only atrocity, and it will not be the last if we, as individuals, do not strive to learn the language of peace. Tonight, we remember the lost souls of the Armenian Genocide, souls that could have flourished under a safe, blue sky. Let us unite under one statement: 'We will forgive, but we will never forget.'”
