Internal pain: Stronger, Louder, and Unspoken

There are certain times in life when we experience unpleasant or, better to say, unwanted moments with our inner voices like we would want everyone to hear of but have invisible difficulties in grappling with how to express them.

It is worth noting that human society has grown much closer but has shrunk smaller in natural connections and communication skills. although learning languages became more popular and a few of those commonly used internationally, we can vividly notice the increase of individualism which affected our social and mental well-being in general.

This phenomenon in the modern world has become a massive challenge to the science of sociology as human society is speeding up in getting far from a collective mentality, which is a survival skill which has been passed down to us for hundreds of millennia. For that very reason, we need to consider the importance of active involvement in social and civic movements focused on the betterment of life quality in human society.

To do that it’s worth mentioning the idea of promoting and raising awareness about the advantages of a collective mentality and growth mindset through public engagement in shared causes aiming the good for all. This way we would potentially develop further confidence among the public in learning self-expression, which eventually will help the common well-being of society.
